You can change your service desk PIN or the security questions that you set up when you created your ECX Fabric portal account, on the Equinix Customer Portal.
- Login using the same username and password that you use on the ECX Fabric Portal to order the Network Edge device
- Select the arrow next to your name at the top right corner of the header. That will take you to your profile page.
- You can edit your service desk PIN and security questions from your profile page
